A note of appreciation from our CEO – Business Continuity Edition

Dear SCOM community,

It's been 8 weeks since we launched the free Business Continuity edition (BCE) of our SCOM dashboard product, and I’m glad to see that many community members have taken us up on the offer. The early feedback we received was encouraging and heartening, and we are happy to have helped ease the pressure on IT teams during these uncertain times, in however small a way.

While the sign-up period has come to an end, we are still working closely with BCE users to ensure that they are getting the most out of the product, as we hopefully transition out of the lockdown and gradually return to our regular lives. For those of you currently using the BCE, I’d love to hear your feedback – let me know your thoughts through our Customer Success team or via email. Feel free to also get in touch if you’ve taken out a trial but need help getting started.

Our support for the SCOM community doesn’t stop here. We are co-organizing a worldwide virtual conference on all things SCOM called SCOMathon 2020, which will take place on the 16^th of June. These are challenging times, but a positive sharing community makes things that bit easier. Best wishes, and take care.
