We're heading to Minnesota for MMS!
We're delighted to announce that Squared Up will be a gold sponsor at this year's Midwest Management Summit (MMS).
In just a few weeks' time we'll be packing our bags, including some awesome Lego giveaways, and waving goodbye to the UK. We're looking forward to arriving in Minnesota for the chance to immerse ourselves in one of the best Microsoft System Center community events, as well as spending face-to-face time with many of our customers.
On a quick side note, does anyone know if we're going to need pack any sun cream? We've never been to Minneapolis before...
Why attend MMS?
The Midwest Management Summit is an awesome community event for anyone using Microsoft System Center or related technologies, with the community picking up the baton from the former official Microsoft event, the Microsoft Management Summit. Anyone who's invested in Microsoft System Center technology and wants to better utilise the power of the those platforms and tap into with the vast knowledge within the community should look no further than MMS.
MMS also puts a significant focus on attendee networking, meaning its a great place to socialise with like-minded technical specialists, meet the experts and MVPs, make new friends, share knowledge and pick up best practice from other System Center folk.
Where to find Squared Up
As an exhibitor, we'll be setting up camp in the Sky Bridge, specifically stand 8.
Come on over and introduce yourself and, if you've got a spare five minutes, we'll show you how to transform Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) with blazingly fast HTML5 dashboards and how Squared Up can be used to automatically map and discover your applications. Surely that's five minutes well spent, right?
Remember the Lego we mentioned earlier? All attendees will be in with a chance to win some awesome Lego, so keep your eyes peeled at MMS for details on how to enter.
That's not all though, we'll also be bringing our famous whisky-tasting session to town, but this time we're keeping the details a secret, so you'll have to come and have a word with us if you want to learn more...
Needless to say, we can't wait for that session (mmm....whisky!) and, as we always do at these community events, are looking forward to making a whole new bunch of friends.

Founder and Product Architect, Richard Benwell, will demonstrate how enterprise applications can be mapped in the context of your SCOM infrastructure by using our new Visual Application Discovery and Analysis (VADA) feature, including special guest, customer case study.
What you will learn:

How to integrate SCOM with external data like OMS, Service Manager, ServiceNow and Splunk behind a single-pane of glass and all within the context of specific apps
How Purdue University have used SCOM, OMS and VADA to solve the challenge of true end-to-end application monitoring (special guest speaker, Shawn Williams)
See you there!

One last thing whilst we have your attention - it's probably worth mentioning that we'll be hosting a live Coffee Break webinar from MMS Tuesday morning. More on our coffee break series is available here.
