SquaredUp v3 - End of Life Customer Notification

In 2018 we launched SquaredUp v4. With the release of v5.0 earlier this year, we will be retiring v3 on 31st March 2021. If you are still using v3, now is the time to plan your upgrade!

We know that some customers have stayed with v3 because in v4 they were unable to pin perspectives to dashboard menus or to share them Open Access. We are pleased to let you know that these capabilities were added in v4.5.

Please note: In January 2021 we released SquaredUp v5 which includes a gorgeous new look and feel, plus major improvements to our most popular features: Open Access and Dashboard Designer. To upgrade to v5 and access these awesome updates, you must first upgrade to v4.

End of Availability & Support

SquaredUp is committed to providing the highest level of customer service whilst you determine your upgrade strategy for your SquaredUp deployment(s). Please see below for the key dates. The last release of v3 was v3.4.6 (October 2018).

Background

SquaredUp v4 was a major new release that brought significant updates to dashboarding fundamentals, as well as introducing a brand-new Enterprise Application model to SCOM. Since the initial release of v4.0 in 2018 we have also released SquaredUp v5.0, which sets the direction for single-pane-of-glass monitoring.

This major release includes interactive and responsive Open Access dashboards, intuitive dashboards design tools for impactful visualizations out of the box, and lets you add context to SCOM and Azure with rich Web API visualizations of your external data sources. In order to access the impressive product updates included in v5, you will first need to upgrade to v4.

Upgrading to v4

Upgrading to SquaredUp v4 or v5 is simple, and we have three recommended migration strategies which you can follow via our support documentation.

Please be aware that additional charges may be applicable for upgrading to v4 after support for v3 has ended, from April 1st, 2021.
