Azure DevOps tracks everything, but without the right view, you're flying blind. SquaredUp's pre-built dashboards bring it all together.
If you use Azure DevOps, you know it tracks everything: work items, pipelines, repos, tests, deployments. The data's all there. The problem is actually making sense of it when you need to see the big picture. You end up clicking through boards, backlogs, and different tool views just to answer basic questions.
Our Azure DevOps plugin for SquaredUp addresses this by giving you ready-made dashboards that surface your key DevOps insights. These are the four I find most valuable:
Org Overview: Get a quick, bird's-eye view of all your projects, recent builds, and overall activity in one place.
Pipeline Health: Instantly see details of specific pipeline, identify failures, and spot bottlenecks.
Build Analytics: Dive deeper into build durations, and history to understand performance.
Performance Metrics: Track trends in agent usage, queue times, and overall efficiency to optimize your processes.
Let's take a closer look at each of them.

This is your starting point - a bird's-eye view of your entire Azure DevOps organization. You'll see:
Of course, these widgets are fully editable. Customize them to highlight your needs and requirements.
Drilling down to a project
Click on any project and you'll get a dashboard focused on that project's pipelines overview.

This dashboard brings together all the pipeline activity for your selected project.
On the left, you'll see the total number of pipelines in the project, with each pipeline listed below. Click any pipeline name to drill down even further into that specific pipeline's details.
In the center, you get actionable insights: the latest failed builds by pipeline, a breakdown of build failures, and any builds currently in progress.
On the right, there's more context: your top 10 latest builds, any failing tasks that need attention, and a view of all builds organized by pipeline.
All of this is built using preconfigured data streams, so it's quick to set up and easy to modify.
Going even deeper
From the Pipelines dashboard, click any pipeline name to see its full build history and details.

This dashboard brings all your build health into one clear view. You can quickly see the status of every ADO build pipeline, check which builds passed or failed, and dive into any failures with full timing and error details.
It also shows the commits that triggered each build, along with any builds currently in progress. The build history gives you an easy way to spot trends at a glance while still offering detailed stage-by-stage insights when you need them.
Pipeline performance is equally important for CI/CD optimization, which is why we've created a dedicated dashboard for that, too.

This dashboard gives you a complete view of your ADO pipeline performance and efficiency.
Track your build success rate and spot trends over time. Explore run-duration insights - including average, P50, P80, and P95, to understand how your builds typically perform.
Identify the longest-running builds by branch so you know where to focus your optimization efforts. Monitor agent usage and queue times to ensure you have enough capacity. Review the slowest automated tests and how their durations change over time to keep your feedback loop fast.
Together, these metrics help you optimize your CI/CD pipeline performance and make better use of your resources.
SquaredUp transforms your Azure DevOps data into insightful dashboards that fit the way you work- from build health to performance trends, or even blended views across tools. You get full clarity with zero complexity.
