We’re seeking a Lead Software Engineer with a genuine passion for data visualisation and well-crafted UX, someone who thrives in both guiding a team and getting hands-on creating innovative features. You will shape our SaaS product by turning new ideas into reality. Building custom visualisations, AI-powered features, and intelligent alerting and monitoring, helping users get the most value from 60+ data sources including Jira, GitHub, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.

What you’ll do
· Lead a small but mighty engineering team of developers and testers
· Work closely with our awesome Product Managers to explore requirements and translate into designs
· Plan and manage efficient and high-quality feature delivery by your team
· Develop across the full stack of React / Typescript / Node.js / AWS Lambda / DynamoDB
· Collaborate with other engineering and platform teams to ensure consistency, quality and performance goals are met
· Mentor your team while growing your own leadership skills in an environment that genuinely cares about your career progression
· Have an opportunity to attend industry conferences, meet customers, and participate in technical communities
You’ll bring
· Strong React/TypeScript development experience
· Excellent leadership qualities with experience of mentoring and leading small teams
· A deep understanding of what it takes to operate and support a SaaS product at scale
· Eager to hit the ground running and make a meaningful difference from day one
