Join SquaredUp: As Business Development Manager, you'll drive SaaS adoption by building relationships with MSPs and CSPs, particularly within the Microsoft Partner community. You'll generate revenue through direct sales, achieve targets, and build a strong pipeline through prospecting. Supported by internal teams, you'll focus on establishing new accounts and upselling, with success measured by relationship quality and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Direct Sales: Sell SquaredUp Cloud to Service Providers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a repeatable sales playbook.
  • New Business Development: Target and sell to tech leaders (CTO, CIO) within the Microsoft Partner community.
  • Account Management: Cross-sell and upsell to existing Service Provider customers.
  • Deal Negotiation: Structure deals and negotiate contracts.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, events, and social outreach.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams.
  • Market Feedback: Provide client feedback and market insights to the Product Management team.
  • Reporting: Report sales progress to management.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain and expand product knowledge

Your expertise:

  • Experience in selling B2B SaaS products at an enterprise level
  • Successful track record selling to Service Providers, ideally within the Microsoft Partner community
  • Experience in the observability/monitoring space is highly desirable
  • Must have a good understanding of how MSPs operate and the value they add to their customers
  • Have managed SaaS sales with an average deal size of £20k - £100k, with a 6 – 18 month sales cycle

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the main cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their go-to-market partner programmes
  • Experience of establishing effective channel partnerships
