This dashboard provides critical insights from AWS Simple Email Service (SES) for teams involved in designing and sending email content. It addresses the common challenge where teams responsible for notification content and email generation are distanced from those managing the infrastructure that sends these emails.

By leveraging SquaredUp dashboards, non-AWS users can access key statistics without needing to navigate the AWS console, bridging the gap between different teams. This is particularly valuable for commercial groups within a business—such as marketing, growth, and engagement—that rely on data like email activity and bounce rates to make informed decisions.

It displays a line graph on the left showing the number of emails sent each day, providing an overview of the system's message processing volume. On the right side, two gauges offer additional insights: the top gauge indicates the percentage of users who have complained about the emails, such as reporting them as spam, and the bottom gauge shows the number of bounced emails that didn't reach their recipients.
